Sundered Doctrine

Overview

Sundered Doctrine is a three-encounter Dungeon in Rhulk's pyramid ship in Savathûn's Throne World, released with Episode: Heresy (February 2025). It builds on the symbol mechanics of the Vow of the Disciple raid. Normal and Master versions exist.

How to launch

Complete Destiny 2: The Final Shape campaign and own the Deluxe Edition or a Dungeon Key. Pick up the quest from Ikora Rey in the Tower, then select the dungeon node in Savathûn's Throne World.

Encounters

1. Riddle (Flooded Inspection). Find the Truthspeaker Dread in one of four outer rooms; it drops the symbol you need. Rotate lenses and shoot shards to send a Darkness beam to the wheel with the matching symbol. There are three rounds needing one, two and three symbols. Wrong answers spawn a Tormentor boss.
2. Zoetic Lockset. Four modified Dread Shriekers share one health pool. Kill Perceptor Wizards for Resonance Splinters to gain Knowledge stacks (max 3) and set wheel symbols. Options summon Ogres (Hive), Knights (Knowledge), projectiles (Commune), pause adds (Stop) or trigger damage (Kill). Recommended: Stop, Stop, Stop, Kill.
3. Kerrev, The Erased. Three connected rooms. Work out which of two symbol statements is the lie and activate the lie while darkening the truth, destroying locked lenses with Strand. Kerrev is mobile with a small critical spot; Divinity, Sleeper Simulant and linear fusion rifles (Linear Fusion Rifle) are suggested.

Rewards

Four Legendary weapons, armour, the Exotic Finality's Auger (slim drop chance) and a chest after Kerrev. Secret chests exist in the maze section. The Delver seal needs 10 triumphs including solo, flawless and Master completions.
