Weaver

Overview

Weavers are infantry enemies of the Dread and the Revenant Scorn: Psions reshaped by the Witness with mastery of Strand. They first appeared in The Final Shape era content, notably Episode: Revenant and Heresy.

Combat

Weavers stay behind other enemies and use ranged attacks and crowd control: the Strand ability Transverse Reed and the Solar weapon Resonant Allision, plus a kinetic melee and limited flight with strafe thrusters. When "Enlightened" by a Harbinger they fire faster and hit harder.

Revenant Essentia

Revenant Essentia is a Weaver variant met in the Kell's Fall Exotic mission, in the Revenant Plane reached through mirrors. Killing one drops three motes granting Revenant Essence, which lasts 45 seconds. At ten stacks it becomes Revenant Empowerment, needed to damage the immune Pit Enforcers and the final boss. Two spawn when the Pit Boss falls.
