It rates A-Tier in PvE and B-Tier in PvP; the recommended PvE roll is Explosive Payload with Elemental Honing, or Bewildering Burst with Ancillary Ordinance. Origin traits: Problem Solver, Vanguard Determination.

It can drop from completing Pinnacle Ops activities or from chests inside them. It is not craftable.
