Crossed Blades

Crossed Blades is a triumph for completing the Act III story quest of Episode: Heresy. It is worth 30 triumph points.

How to complete

Finish the 14-step Act III quest "Crossed Blades". Its steps are:

1. Meet Eris Morn at the Shaping Slab area and take the quest.
2. Complete the Sunless Cell strike to stop Xivu Arath's ritual against the Echo of Navigation.
3. Visit the Shaping Slab vendor and pick up the Vengeance quests (four of the six side missions, such as "Witch's Gambit" and "Blade Logic" are needed).
4. Finish at least four Vengeance quests, then consult the Echo of Navigation (weeks one).
5. Go through the Dreadnaught and Eris's throne world, then stop Savathûn's binding ritual in her throne world.
6. Help Sloane reforge the Willbreaker.
7. Complete the "Resile" mission and defeat the Resonant Knife, then report back at the Shaping Slab.
8. The final step sends you to investigate a Hive worm in your apartment.

Tip: because the quest spans two weeks, do the Vengeance quests early so you are not gated at the Echo step.

Rewards

The triumph carries 30 points and counts toward the Heretic seal. Quest rewards include a Heretical weapon, Sigil Shards and Essence of Desire. A Charon's Toll sparrow is also reported as a reward.
