Echo

Echo is the power of the Echo of Riis, a paracausal artifact that Fikrul bound into his staff in Episode: Revenant. The Echo let him alter the polarity of Ether in living Eliksni, turning them into Scorn, and after he acquired it he could revive fallen Barons, including some whose bodies had been destroyed.

Revival of Skolas

In the Prison of Elders, Fikrul used the Echo on a cryopod, reviving the former Wolf Kell Skolas as 'Skolas, Scorned Wolf'. After the Guardian killed Skolas, Fikrul revived him again with the Echo.

Aftermath

Variks concluded that the Echo was alive and singing because it wanted a more worthy wielder and disapproved of how Fikrul used it. After Fikrul's death the Echo chose Eramis as its bearer.
