Sigil Shards

Sigil Shards are the currency of Episode: Heresy, earned from Nether chests and activities. They buy Runic Enhancements at the Shaping Slab, which work only in The Nether, and they can be spent to unlock Crumbling Scriptures on the Tome of Want.

The Tome of Want is obtained from the Shaping Slab once you reach Reputation Rank 3, which can be done in the Nether. Crumbling Scriptures are normally needed as drops before they can be activated, and Sigil Shards can be spent instead. After completing the "Tome of Want: A Primer" quest, 100 Sigil Shards can stand in for one Crumbling Scripture you do not have.
