Wrathborn Hunt

A Wrathborn Hunt is the seasonal activity of Season of the Hunt, in which Guardians track and kill powerful Hive Wrathborn bosses using the Cryptolith Lure.

How it works

After the season's opening quest ("Hunter and the Hunted"), Crow in the Spider's safehouse on the Tangled Shore gives the Cryptolith Lure. The Lure is charged by completing Strikes, Gambit or Crucible matches (Hold to Reset notes you start the intro quest at 66% so one activity suffices). In its menu you pick the prey and optional trophy mods that tune the reward.

On the hunt you follow green tracks left by the fleeing target, kill spawned enemies, and must use a buff from glowing green adds to damage the boss. Return to Crow for Lure items and armor from the defeated boss. The Lure can be upgraded for new perks and targets.
