Overview

Vision of Confluence is a Solar Scout Rifle. Suggested god roll: Fluted Barrel, Ricochet Rounds, Rewind Rounds and Firefly. It received substantial PvE damage increases. Sources list drops from the Conflux, Oracles and Templar.

Acquisition

Drops from Vault of Glass, a reissued Venus raid, with the encounters listed in the loot tables of the cited sources. All of the raid's legendary weapons carry the Timelost Magazine origin trait and became craftable in Episode: Heresy. Part of the raid's farmable loot pool.
