Incandescent is a Solar weapon trait: defeating a target spreads Scorch to those nearby, with stronger enemies and rival Guardians causing a larger radius. It was introduced in Season 17 (Season of the Haunted).
IBTimes names Strident Whistle, Drang and CALUS Mini Tool as carriers and calls it a supercharged version of Dragonfly. It pairs with Ignition procs. An enhanced version spreads longer-lasting scorch.
