THE SWARM (Adept)

Overview

THE SWARM (Adept) is the Adept variant of THE SWARM, a Legendary Arc Machine Gun (Heavy slot, Heavy ammo). A High-Impact Frame (360 RPM) first seen in Season 13 and reissued in Season 20 as a Nightfall drop. Random rolls can include Vorpal Weapon, Surplus, One for All and Dragonfly. Flavor text: "Hunger is the all of it, and it is all of hunger."

Curated-roll perks for the base weapon: Arrowhead Brake, Accurized Rounds, Rangefinder and Pugilist, plus the Stunning Recovery or Vanguard's Vindication origin traits.

Acquisition

The Adept version drops from Grandmaster Nightfall activities (a harder tier of the Nightfall), as opposed to the base weapon, which drops from regular Nightfall strikes. It supports Adept mods and gains extra masterwork stats.
