Point of the Stag

Point of the Stag is an Arc Precision Frame Combat Bow, an Iron Banner weapon. Its flavor text reads "Gore befalls those who do not respect the hart."

Overview

Shacknews describes it as the bow that was reintroduced with farmable random rolls for the first time. Its recommended PvP roll is Agile Bowstring, Compact Arrow Shaft, Archer's Tempo and Eye of the Storm, with Target Acquisition masterwork. For PvE the same guide suggests Elastic String, Compact Arrow Shaft, Archer's Tempo and Golden Tricorn, with a Handling or Reload masterwork. The guide admits bows underperform in competitive play generally.

Acquisition

Reach Iron Banner rank four through Iron Banner matches and collect it from Lord Saladin. After that it becomes farmable via focused Iron Banner engrams and post-match drops. Rolls and availability change between seasons, so check Saladin's current pool.
