Overview
Eye of the Storm makes a weapon more accurate as your health drops, and on many weapons it also adds Handling. It adds +30 Handling in PvP. The Enhanced version adds stability and +10% to the perk's effects.
It is a Season 7 Legendary perk and was updated with Edge of Fate. Some weapons, such as the Frontier AR1, only give the accuracy bonus.
Tips
A creator video pairs it with Explosive Payload on Fatebringer and rates that combination S tier.
