Mythic Mission: Criticality
The reactor powering the Aionian Campus threatens to melt down, potentially destroying all of Kepler. Rout the Exile saboteurs and shut the reactor down before it's too late.
Overview
Mythic Mission: Criticality is the Mythic difficulty version of the Criticality story mission from Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate, set on Kepler. The base mission is a timed race to shut down the Aionian Campus reactor before it melts down; note the triumph The Critical Moment is a Fabled-or-higher timed completion of this mission. Mythic keeps the same objectives and route; it raises enemy toughness and applies harsher modifiers.
Launching and difficulty
Set Kepler's world tier to Mythic and use the mission's flag on the map. Sources list 200 Power for Mythic (CarrySquad). Game Rant describes Mythic as the most restrictive tier: enemies are heavily shielded and very aggressive, and your Power is capped well below the enemies' (it quotes -50). Check the in-game activity card for current numbers, as they may have changed since launch. The step below is Fabled Mission: Criticality.
Rewards
Mythic offers the highest tier of loot on Kepler ("rewards are maxed" per Game Rant). No mission-specific drop was confirmed by the sources used. It is not one of the four missions listed in the Mythic Missions triumph objectives (Charge, Commencement, Quarantine, Gouge).
