Mission: Jailbreak

Overview

Mission: Jailbreak is a Story mission in the European Dead Zone from Season of Defiance. It is part of the "We Stand Unbroken" seasonal quest (week 4) and launches from the EDZ map. Amanda Holliday and Mithrax ask you to help free civilian captives from a secret Shadow Legion prison. 1-3 players.

Walkthrough

1. Clear the Shadow Legion troops guarding the prison entrance and follow the tunnel in.
2. Destroy the Shadow Legion's armored units (three) to draw attention away from Amanda and Mithrax's rescue.
3. Push through the secured doors.
4. Defeat the boss Vereziia, Reverent of the Witness, a Taken Tormentor-type enemy: damage him until he vanishes, clear the Taken that appear, then finish him when he returns.
5. Secure the extraction hatch.

Enemies: Shadow Legion Cabal (Psions, Legionaries, Phalanxes, Colossi) and Taken.

Rewards

Campaign progress in Season of Defiance; no specific loot is documented in the sources. Season 20 content; the seasonal quest is no longer part of the live game as a seasonal activity.
