Overview
The Hammerhead is a Legendary Void Machine Gun with the Adaptive Frame intrinsic. Its curated roll has Hammer-Forged Rifling, Armor-Piercing Rounds, Fourth Time's the Charm and Killing Tally. It was first released in the Forsaken era (Season of the Forge) and returned in Season 23. Its flavor text reads: "Smash through the veil."
Acquisition
Hammerhead came back in the BRAVE Arsenal during the Into the Light event in April 2024 (Season 23, Season of the Wish). To get it, complete the Hammerhead quest from Arcite 99-40 in the Hall of Champions, then attune to it at its hologram in the Hall of Champions. Attuning raises the chance of Hammerhead dropping from Onslaught. Every tenth Onslaught wave chest is guaranteed to contain at least one BRAVE weapon.
Limited editions could only be acquired until The Final Shape launched. Base versions remain available.
