Foundry Shaping is the follow-up tutorial to Foundry Resonance from Season of Plunder (Season 18). It teaches how to unlock a Weapon Pattern and shape (craft) a weapon at the Relic in the Enclave on Mars. The Relic Conduit gives it.

Visit the Relic Conduit in the Enclave.
Complete an offensive activity such as Dares of Eternity or The Wellspring. This awards a Deepsight Resonant weapon (Taipan-4fr, a Linear Fusion Rifle).
Extract or dismantle the Resonant weapon to gain Pattern progress, which also advances unlocking the Pattern.
Return to the Relic.
Shape Taipan-4fr or Ammit AR2. The cost is 750 Resonant Elements, 5 Resonant Alloy and 10,000 Glimmer.
Level the shaped weapon by using it in activities; it unlocks new perk options.
Return to the Relic again.

Quest steps (from game data)

Visit the Relic Conduit in the Enclave on Mars.
- Progress
Complete an offensive activity such as Dares of Eternity or the Wellspring. Activity completion will award a Deepsight Resonant weapon.
- Offensive completed
Extract or dismantle a Deepsight Resonant weapon to be awarded Pattern progress. Pattern extraction from Deepsight Resonant weapons will also progress unlocking the Pattern to shape it at the Relic in the Enclave on Mars.
- Pattern progressed
Return to the Relic in the Enclave on Mars.
- Progress
At the Relic in the Enclave on Mars, shape either Taipan-4fr or Ammit AR2.
- Weapon shaped
Level up a Shaped weapon by completing activities and defeating targets with the weapon. Upon leveling up, your Shaped weapon will begin to unlock new perk capabilities.
- Shaped weapon leveled up
Return to the Relic in the Enclave on Mars.
