Taipan-4fr is a Legendary Precision Frame Linear Fusion Rifle made by Veist that deals Void damage and uses Heavy ammo. Flavor text: "My will dissolves those who oppose it." The curated roll is Fluted Barrel, Accelerated Coils, Ensemble, Firing Line and the Veist Stinger origin trait. Other listed options include Ensemble, Snapshot Sights, Opening Shot, Genesis, Triple Tap, Firing Line and Frenzy.

It drops from Veist weapon engrams, Legendary engrams and occasionally from Banshee-44 sales. Its pattern is reported to come from either the Foundry Resonance quest or the Foundry Shaping quest. It is craftable (2 patterns; see Weapon crafting and Deepsight). It was released in Season of Plunder (Season 18).
