Overview

A Stasis Hand Cannon with an Adaptive Frame from the Grasp of Avarice dungeon. Its flavor text is a hawk-and-moon proverb, and it is one of the dungeon's four legendary weapons.

Acquisition

Drops from Grasp of Avarice, a three-player dungeon in the Cosmodrome that requires the 30th Anniversary Pack. Per the sources it drops from the final encounter against Captain Avarokk. One source states the Grasp of Avarice weapons are not craftable. When the dungeon is the featured weekly, its legendary gear is fully farmable with double loot from the final boss.
