Echo of Instability is a Void fragment. Defeating a target with a grenade gives your Void weapons Volatile Rounds for a short window, so each bullet inflicts the Volatile debuff. The fragment also grants +10 Strength. The stat bonus has also been listed as +10 Melee (2026).
