War Council

The War Council is Empress Caiatl's council of military advisors and peers in the Cabal hierarchy, formed after the destruction of Torobatl. Its members are Caiatl, Ca'aurg, Taurun, Tha'arec and Valus Forge; Umun'arath is a former member. The council first appeared in Season of the Chosen and is mentioned again in Season of the Risen and later seasons.

The advisors meet in the war room of Caiatl's flagship, the Eligos Lex V, as the Hive gather around Torobatl. Ca'aurg and Tha'arec argue over the Empire's losses and its decline, and Caiatl ends the dispute by declaring herself Empress and ordering a tactical withdrawal.

The members advise Caiatl on military operations and are meant to lead the Cabal within her new empire.
