The Reckoning (activity)

Overview

The Reckoning was a four-player pinnacle PvE activity from Season of the Drifter (Season of the Drifter), unlocked by playing Gambit Prime. It took place in the Haul, the cargo The Drifter tows behind his ship, with the Nine. It was vaulted with Destiny 2: Beyond Light on November 10, 2020.

Tiers

• Tier I (recommended 650): defeat Taken enemies against a timer.
• Tier II (670): adds bridge construction with combat encounters ending in a boss.
• Tier III (690): tougher enemies.

Bosses included Counterfeit Hydra, Counterfeit Phalanx, Eight of Swords, Two of Swords and Likeness of Nokris.

Rewards

Legendary weapons (Lonesome, Spare Rations, Gnawing Hunger) and role-themed armor sets for Collector, Invader, Reaper and Sentry. Tier 1 crafts Illicit, Tier 2 up to Outlawed, Tier 3 Notorious sets (per GamesRadar-era coverage).
