The Invitation

Overview

The Invitation is a Guardian Rank completion objective for the opening The Invitation mission of The Edge of Fate on Kepler. Complete the mission to advance the record. Its objective specifies mission completion without a Legendary-difficulty requirement.

How to complete

1. Launch the opening campaign mission on Kepler and fight through the landing area to meet Ikora Rey. Follow the marked route into the facility.
2. Interact with the Dark Matter device to gain Matterspark. Use the orb form to pass through narrow openings and charge the electrical devices that open the route.
3. At Exile Overseer, reach and charge both shield-control devices with Matterspark, then defeat the exposed boss.
4. Defeat Crystalline Captain, charge the next devices and collect Acceleron from the marked chest. Clear the Archon's Vessels and collect the Strangelet Capsule.
5. Activate the mechanism, continue through the train and tunnel, then speak to Lodi. Remain through the final scene and arrival in Caldera for the mission to finish.
