Acceleron

Overview

The Acceleron is a particle used to disperse the temporal blockages across Kepler. It is one of the objectives of The Edge of Fate, where it is needed for the Aionians of Kepler.

Acquisition

The Acceleron is part of the Kepler questline. Dean Rebecca, leader of the Aionians, points one out near the entrance to the Central Academy. A Vex Mind has stolen it. You must draw out and destroy the Barricade Mind, a Vex boss, to win the Acceleron back. Once you have it, Ghost finds a terminal with Aionian language ciphers, which gives you the translation cipher "Rosetta". With Rosetta you can speak with Rebecca again, and she explains that the Altar's connection to the Holy Anomaly has been disrupted.
