The Desperation

Overview

The Desperation is a Legendary quest from Micah-10 in the Arbor of Light in the Pale Heart, added with The Final Shape. You search for Hecate, a lost Ghost and Hive lore scholar who trained under Toland the Shattered and Eris Morn. ProGameTalk says it follows "The Visitation" quest; other sources list no prerequisite. It takes roughly 20 minutes.

Walkthrough

1. Search for Ghost telemetry in the Devils' Lair Strike in the Cosmodrome, near a statue-like Servitor before the Sepiks Prime fight.
2. Leave the Cosmodrome through Dock 13 toward the Steppes and find Hecate in the Gateway area, among statues of Guardians, vehicles and Pyramid structures.
3. Return to the Arbor of Light and restore the Ghost.
4. Speak with Micah-10 about next steps.
