Dock 13

Overview

Dock 13 is a ship hangar in the Cosmodrome on Earth, in Old Russia. It is a warren of enclosed rooms and hallways and links to The Divide and The Steppes. It first appeared in the original Destiny, where the Guardian finds their first ship there.

Story

In the opening of New Light the Guardian finds their first jumpship at Dock 13, the Arcadia-class Jumpship, shortly after their first resurrection. The ship needs an NLS Drive, which is obtained in the story mission Restoration, before it can breach the atmosphere. In Destiny 1 the Fallen House of Devils occupied the hangar, and the Guardian killed its Archon there.

Appearances

Dock 13 has been revisited in House of Wolves, Rise of Iron, Destiny 2: Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, Season of the Wish and Episode: Heresy. In Heresy the House of Dusk and Dire Taken are the hostile factions here. Episode: Echoes mentions it only.
