Season of Dawn

Overview

Season of Dawn is a Triumph associated with the ninth season of Destiny 2, known as the Season of Dawn. This season served as the second seasonal content release for the Shadowkeep annual pass, running from December 10th, 2019, to March 10th, 2020. The triumph requires the completion of its associated badge on the Collections screen. Completing this badge is the sole requirement to claim the triumph. The objectives for this triumph are listed as "Progress."

How to complete

To obtain this triumph, players must complete the associated badge on the Collections screen. This badge tracks the "Progress" objective linked to the seasonal content. The season's narrative involved Guardians returning to Mercury to assist Osiris in stopping the Red Legion from altering history using a hijacked time machine. This effort also altered the fate of the legendary Titan Saint-14, sparing him from his final death within the Infinite Forest.

The primary activity for this season was the Sundial, a 6-player matchmade activity where players defended the Sundial from the Cabal. Key antagonists included the Cabal Psion Psion Flayers, specifically Niruul, the Hollow Voice, Ozletc, the Sky Piercer, Tazaroc, the Sun Eater, and Inotam, Oblivion's Triune. Players engaged with the Seasonal Artifact The Lantern of Osiris to increase their Power and unlock seasonal gameplay mods.

Rewards associated with the season's activities and pass included the Exotic Scout Rifle Symmetry, exclusive seasonal armor sets, and various Legendary weapons such as Bastion, Devil's Ruin, and Symmetry. The season also featured the Corridors of Time story missions and the Empyrean Restoration community event. Completion of the badge signifies the player has engaged with the requisite seasonal content and objectives during the active period of the season.
