Scintillation (Adept)

Overview

Scintillation (Adept) is the Adept version of Scintillation, a Strand Linear Fusion Rifle for the Power slot. The base weapon is a VEIST Adaptive Burst linear fusion rifle (three-round burst, 5-round magazine) introduced in Episode: Echoes. The curated roll is Rapid Hit and Hatchling, which spawns Threadlings on precision final blows. Its flavor text is attributed to Toland, the Shattered: "A paltry echo of the Ascendant Plane.".

The Adept variant is the harder-to-get version of the same weapon. It is masterworked, takes exclusive Adept mods and has improved stats. See Scintillation for the full perk pool and notable rolls.

Acquisition

The Adept version is obtained by completing a Grandmaster Nightfall (it is the Grandmaster-tier reward of the Nightfall loot pool). Sources list it only as a Grandmaster drop; no focusing or crafting route is documented.
