Last Wish

Overview

Last Wish is a six-player Raid in The Dreaming City, released September 14, 2018, about two weeks after Forsaken. It is the raid in which Guardians confront Riven of a Thousand Voices, the Ahamkara. Launch it from the Dreaming City map or the Director. Recommended Power was 550 at launch (the raid's encounters were originally tuned 560 to 580; current scaling differs, check the Director). It remains available and is not vaulted.

Encounters

1. Kalli, the Corrupted: pair up to find plates matching symbols in the centre, stand on and cleanse all plates, avoiding Taken bombs; then dunk to open a damage phase. Cleanse every plate before damage or Kalli detonates. Ravenous Taken Knights open the escape doors during the wipe mechanic.
2. Shuro Chi, the Corrupted: a timed (about four minutes) climb across three levels, with a song that accelerates. Clear adds, use the Prism weapons / crystals to remove shields, solve the symbol plates, and pass the Eye of Riven debuff artifact to survive obliteration blasts.
3. Morgeth, the Spirekeeper: collect Taken Strength orbs (max two per player) to stop Morgeth reaching full power, while managing the Umbral Enervation freeze debuff; free trapped players by killing Eyes of Riven, then damage him.
4. The Vault: a puzzle with no boss. Identify the duplicate symbols and have runners carrying the right Taken Essence (Penumbra or Antumbra) cleanse them within three minutes.
5. Riven of a Thousand Voices: split across two rooms. Callers read glowing eyes and symbols, shooters destroy weak points, the team cleanses symbols with Taken Essence, staggers Riven, goes through an ascendant plane and destroys her heart.
6. Queenswalk: carry Riven's Heart back through the raid under the Fate's Chosen timer; players outside the carrier's aura die.

Useful loadouts mentioned by guides: Sleeper Simulant and Whisper of the Worm for the boss.

Rewards

One Thousand Voices (Exotic Solar Fusion Rifle) is the raid Exotic, plus Legendary scouts, hand cannons, bows, pulse rifles and snipers tied to specific encounters.
