Jolted

Jolted is an Arc debuff. A jolted target is charged with Arc energy, takes increased damage while the debuff lasts, and the debuff sends lightning to nearby targets. In PvE, the debuff lasts 10 seconds and its chain lightning can trigger once every 1.3 seconds. In PvP, it lasts 5 seconds and the chain triggers after 50 damage, hitting enemies within 8 meters. Only one Jolt can affect a target at a time. Jolt damage stuns Overload Champions.
