Jolt

Jolt is an Arc debuff that makes the target release chain lightning to nearby enemies when it takes damage. It lasts about 10 seconds in PvE and 5 in PvP, the chain can trigger at most once every 1.3 seconds, and only one Jolt can be on a target at a time. In PvP it triggers after 50 damage and hits targets within 8 metres for 50. Numbers were tuned in later seasons, so check current values.
