Insight

Overview

Insight is the quest resource of Season of the Witch. When an Opaque Card turns out to be a Major Arcana card in the Deck of Whispers, you complete a short quest that first asks you to collect Insight, then to visit the Lectern of Divination to unveil the card. Minor Arcana cards need no Insight.

Earning Insight

It drops from defeated combatants. One guide lists, per card quest, a target of 25 Insight from kills with Void weapons (suppressed targets drop more), Arc weapons (Jolted targets) or Solar weapons (Scorched targets), from Taken anywhere in the system, or in Nightfalls, Dungeons and Raids (harder difficulty drops more). Another asks for 15 from Dares of Eternity, at one Insight per 10,000 points. The Witch card's quest asks for 10 Insight from Altars of Summoning encounters, with higher tiers giving more.

Notes

Targets differ per card and per source; check the quest step in game.
