Heroic Public Events

Overview

Heroic Public Events is a triumph that requires the player to complete Heroic public events in the EDZ.

How to complete

To obtain this triumph, the player must complete Heroic public events located within the EDZ. A public event becomes Heroic when its secret objective is completed, and the Heroic version then has its own final objective.

Heroic triggers for EDZ events:

• Cabal Excavation: destroy the Thresher that appears between 33% and 40% capture progress. The objective then changes to defeating a Centurion boss.
• Destroy the Arsenal Walker: shoot the walker's legs, then its critical spot to collect Arc charges. Plug six charges into the shields protecting the Scorch Cannons to disable all three, then destroy both Devil Walkers that appear.
• Ether Resupply: kill the three Transport Servitors in the second wave within about 30 seconds, then defeat the large Servitor.
• Glimmer Extraction: destroy the small generator at each of the three drill sites before killing the last of the four Fallen targets. This starts a wave defense where you capture a Glimmer pile.
• Injection Rig: kill three Psion minibosses, then shoot the steam vents before the third venting phase ends. Afterward, defeat the Excavation Valus boss.
• Taken Blight: the large Blight is immune until you step into the bubbles of the smaller Blights to gain the Blight receding buff. Doing so summons a Blightmaker boss.
