History of Heretic (triumph)

Overview

Heretic is the Episode: Heresy seal. Complete all 16 title triumphs to earn the Heretic title. Per the sources it is seasonal and unobtainable after the Episode ends. Expect 20+ hours; doing The Nether and Court of Blades with a fireteam speeds progress.

Triumphs

• Crossed Blades - complete the Heresy Act III story (reward includes the Charon's Toll sparrow).
• Chosen Path - complete the Exotic quest A Taken Path.
• Dreadful Discoveries / Dreadful Secrets - finish the side quests from Sloane's dossier (Hive Hacks, Willbreaker Shard missions, Vengeance quests) and find hidden secrets.
• Mastery: Path of Resolve and the matching Ambition triumph - max reputation with the Shaping Slab paths.
• Will-Forged Power - unlock permanent enhancements (40 per Sportskeeda).
• Nether Rites - collect 300 boons; Nether Encounters; Expert Nether - clear the Nether on Expert; Gateways in Shadow - find the hidden portal chests.
• Expert Court of Blades and Prolific Challenger - defeat 200 challengers, 5 within an Expert run.
• Rune-Burner - spend 150 Runes on armaments.
• Dreadnaught Collector, By Sigil and Scripture, Ambitious Ranking - collectible and ranking triumphs not fully described in my sources.
