Flinch

Overview

Flinch is how far incoming hits knock a Guardian's aim off target. Flinch resistance reduces that angle. At 60% resistance, a 10-degree flinch becomes 4 degrees.

Flinch resistance comes from Resilience and Stability and from armor mods and other effects. As of Season 17, the Unflinching armor mods, Rally Barricade, No Distractions and Suros Synergy all reduce flinch. Stability on an Auto Rifle or Sniper Rifle also reduces it.
