First Crota Fireteam

The First Crota Fireteam, also called Eris' Fireteam, was a six-Guardian team that entered the Hellmouth to kill Crota in revenge for Wei Ning, who was killed during the Dark Below campaign. Its members were Eriana-3 (Warlock), Toland (Warlock), Eris Morn, Omar Agah and Sai Mota (Hunters), and Vell Tarlowe (Titan).

Attempt

Vell Tarlowe was overwhelmed by Thralls as the team approached Crota's temple. The remaining five entered the Hellmouth and split up. Omar Agah was captured by the Heart of Crota, which stripped his Light to feed the unborn Hive. Sai Mota was killed by Omnigul, and Eriana-3 died fighting the Hive. The mission failed.

Aftermath

Eris Morn survived but lost her eyes and her Ghost. It was later revealed that Toland and Omar had also survived, in altered forms.
