Eversion Anchors

Eversion Anchors are objects from Oryx's Dreadnaught, first encountered shortly after the Revenant Uprising. They emanate Taken energy and can pull the Ascendant Plane into the material world, serving as a beachhead for Dire Taken. After the Dire Emergence, Dire Taken forces used them to claim territory on Earth and Nessus.

The Kludge mission of Episode: Heresy deals with them. It unlocks at quest step 18 of Act I: Echoed Warnings. The Vanguard cannot disable the anchors outright, but can stop their eversion pulse after boarding the Dreadnaught and disabling the weapon.
