Echoed Warnings

Echoed Warnings is the first act of the Episode: Heresy seasonal quest. It begins with a Taken neutrino burst at Hangman's Pass in the European Dead Zone; touching the Eversion Anchor there pulls the player into Ascendant space and onto the Dreadnaught. The quest introduces Metastasized Essentia, which is found scattered through the Nether. A 2025 guide says ten are needed for an offering at the Taken Altar in the apartment of Eris Morn in the Last City. Players have reported getting stuck at step 11, and the Heresy-era guides may be out of date, so check a current source.
