Europan Gear I

Overview

Europan Gear I is a Variks pursuit quest on Europa. It is the first of three Gear quests tied to Crystocrene armor; Europan Gear II and Europan Gear III follow. It requires no special story beyond completing the early Beyond Light content, and takes roughly a few hours of normal play (longer for higher counts).

The quest was introduced in Season 12 with Beyond Light. Variks sells it in Charon's Crossing on Europa.

Walkthrough

1. Complete a Heroic public event in each of Eventide Ruins, Asterion Abyss and Cadmus Ridge. The step is titled "Heroic Duty" in game. Look for public events on the map and play them on Heroic by completing the event's secondary objective.
2. Visit Variks in Charon's Crossing to hand in the quest and claim the reward.

Rewards

Unlocks Crystocrene armor from the first Heroic public event each day in the Europa Eclipsed Zone.
