Duality (activity)

Overview

Duality is a 1-3 player Dungeon on the Derelict Leviathan, released May 27, 2022 in Season of the Haunted. Eris Morn sends you into the mind of the exiled emperor Calus. Recommended Power has been listed as both 1600 and 1550. A Master version exists.

Mechanics and encounters

The dungeon alternates between a Waking Realm and a Nightmare Realm using Bells of Conquest. Entering the Nightmare gives a one-minute Nightmare Collapsing debuff; fail to return and the team wipes.

1. Nightmare of Gahlran, Sorrow Bearer: collect and deposit two Standards (kill Psions in the Nightmare side rooms) to open DPS.
2. Vault (Find a Way): three mini-bosses (Emonut, Ka'hok, Uroa); turn the four Gahlran statues in the Waking Realm to face the central bell.
3. Nightmare of Caiatl, Princess-Imperial: final boss (Caiatl).

There are twelve collectible Repressed Memories on Calus's decline.

Rewards

Heartshadow (Exotic Void sword), Stormchaser, Unforgiven and other Legendaries, the Deep Explorer armor set, and the Mandate of Strength Exotic ship.
