Chalice of Opulence

The Chalice of Opulence was the artifact of Season of Opulence, gifted by Calus to help Guardians gain treasure from the Menagerie. Players slotted coloured runes into it to shape the final chest rewards: red runes guaranteed armor and Power weapons, green guaranteed head armor, Hand Cannons and Sidearms, and blue guaranteed chest armor, Fusion Rifles and Shotguns. Imperials (a currency) upgraded the Chalice, and fully upgraded it converted Imperial drops into rune drops. It was removed when Destiny 2: Beyond Light launched. Its design originated as a Psion religious symbol adopted by Calus.
