Battlesong

Battlesong is a phase of Heist Battlegrounds on the Moon, from Season of the Seraph. A Deathtongue Chorister, a Hive acolyte, spawns during the mission. If it reaches the floating Hive totem before it dies, it begins channeling Battlesong. While the song plays, players cannot use melee, grenade or Super abilities, and nearby enemies are buffed.

Kill the Chorister early. Killing the Chorister ends the song, and killing Choristers before they start it progresses the Silence the Alarm triumph. Reported kill requirements for that triumph range from 5 to 15 (Season of the Seraph). Stasis can freeze the Chorister to buy time, and a Tractor Cannon can push it off the map. With the Umbral Silence upgrade, early kills also grant Seraphic Umbral Energy at completion.
