It is earned by reaching reputation rank 16 with Commander Zavala, Lord Shaxx or The Drifter during Season of the Lost, and is available afterwards from the Monument to Lost Lights (Legacy Gear). It also drops in several activities, including Quickplay and Typhon Imperator. It cannot be reacquired from Collections.
