Weight of Darkness

Weight of Darkness is a stacking debuff in the first encounter (the Abyss) of the Crota's End raid.

Mechanics

It stacks up to 10 times, slowing movement; at 10 stacks a Guardian can no longer run or double jump. Standing near ignited lanterns slowly clears it. It is non-lethal, unlike the Engulfed in Darkness timer. Lighting lanterns around 7 stacks gives the chalice holder more charging time, and the Feather-Light triumph requires never reaching 10 stacks.
