Unexpected Resurgence is a Legendary Glaive of the Adaptive frame. It is an Arc weapon. Its flavor text reads: "Stasis was the thesis. Strand is his dissertation." —Sister Faora.

Uses the Adaptive Glaive archetype in the energy slot with special ammunition.

Acquisition

Earned through Trials of Osiris rewards. Saint-14 offers tiered Trials weapon focusing with Trials Engrams; featured reward pools determine targeted weekend loot.

Crafting and variants

This is a random-roll weapon without a crafting pattern. A separate Unexpected Resurgence (Adept) variant exists. It has no legacy sunsetting Power cap; those caps were removed with The Final Shape.

Notable traits

Auto-Loading Holster reloads while the weapon is stowed. Voltshot adds Jolt after a kill and reload. Origin traits include Alacrity, One Quiet Moment.
