True Variable

Overview

True Variable requires completing Expunge: Delphi solo without dying. This Season of the Splicer Activities triumph awards 10 Triumph Score. Delphi was a seasonal mission, rather than a Strike.

Original walkthrough

1. Launch Expunge: Delphi alone and remain solo throughout the attempt. Restart the mission if you die, even if the encounter can be retried.
2. Navigate the Vex Network carefully, leaving room to recover jumps around disappearing platforms, lasers, and launch hazards. Clear enemies before carrying objective items across exposed gaps.
3. Break the mission's defenses and carry each Authentication Key to its marked deposit point. Complete the reused network sections to reach Quria, Blade Transform.
4. Damage Quria until it becomes shielded. Clear the side areas, obtain and deposit their Authentication Keys, and defeat the shielded Nexus Minotaur and Evaluator of Savathûn. Resume boss damage after the shields are removed.
5. Avoid Quria's sweeping attacks, defeat the boss, and allow the mission completion to register before leaving.

Use cover and reliable ranged damage during exposed combat sections. Survival takes priority over rushing; this triumph does not specify a time limit.

Availability and rewards

The original Expunge missions were removed on 22 February 2022 with The Witch Queen. The original solo flawless route is no longer available. True Variable awards 10 Triumph Score, with no separate item reward.
