History of Tributes

Overview

Tributes were items bought from the Visage of Calus in the Tribute Hall aboard the Leviathan during Season of Opulence. They were priced in Glimmer and World Resources plus a faction currency, and purchases were discounted by completing Champion bounties, up to four per day.

Currencies

Each faction's Tributes used their own shard or dust:

• Legendary Shards for Guardian Tributes
• Dusklight Shards for Fallen Tributes
• Alkane Dust for Hive Tributes
• Phaseglass Needles for Cabal Tributes
• Microphasic Datalattice for Vex Tributes
• Bright Dust for Ghost, Sparrow, and Jumpship Tributes

Placing 45 Tributes unlocked the Bad Juju Catalyst.

Removal

The Tribute Hall as it existed in Season of Opulence was placed in the Destiny Content Vault with Beyond Light, so Tributes can no longer be bought.
