Our slumber will not be disturbed," is from Arach Jalaal, and the default shader is a worn Dead Orbit's Fate.

Acquisition

Three Graves is a launch-era (Year 1, Season 1) Dead Orbit faction weapon. It dropped from Dead Orbit Engrams when you ranked up with the faction during a Faction Rally, by turning in tokens to Arach Jalaal in the Tower. Destinypedia describes it as available through Faction Rallies via Jalaal. Because Faction Rallies were removed, it is a legacy source today.
