The Well

The Well is a corrupted Ascendant energy spring in Shattered Realm: Forest of Echoes, part of the Shattered Realm activity of Season of the Lost in the Ascendant Realm.

Mara Sov says such wells once served as springs of Ascendant energy that her Techeuns used to sculpt structures, but are now "barren parodies" of that purpose after Taken infestation. During the Ley Lines objective a boss is born in the well.

In the "Born of Darkness" Ascendant mystery near beacon 2, clear all Blights; a Toland orb then floats above a well. Descend into it to fight a Devoured Ogre in a small cave, after which an Ascendant Chest spawns.
