History of The Seclusion

The Seclusion is a private zone of The Pale Heart in The Final Shape. It connects to The Blooming and The Divide. Players reach it from The Blooming's southeast exit, through a series of tunnels, and emerge in Zavala's valley near Commander Zavala's house, where a waterfall and a fallen tree mark the entrance.

During Operation Ahamkara the Vanguard set up a camp here called the Refuge of Home. Enemies are the House of Salvation, the Dread and the Shadow Legion, with the Fallen, Taken and Cabal as hostile races.

Feathers and memory

The Seclusion holds five Feathers of Light, including one on a broken tree near Zavala's house and one on a rock beside the portal to the area.

The Seclusion's memory is unlocked by collecting five Memory: Vestige: Light, which Cysts enemies can drop. Five combine into a Memory Vestige, which marks a Prismatic chest; that chest grants the Facet of Dominance, which makes Void grenades weaken targets and Arc grenades jolt them, at a -10 Discipline penalty that slows grenade recharge.

Cysts activities here use the Searing Light and Slayer modifiers.
