The Blooming

The Blooming is a public, playable zone of The Pale Heart, unlocked after the Iconoclasm mission in Destiny 2: The Final Shape. Its enemy factions are the Dread, House of Salvation and Lucent Brood, with Taken, Fallen and Hive as hostile races.

Overthrow

The Blooming is one of three Overthrow sites in The Pale Heart, along with The Landing and The Impasse.

Region chests

There are three region chests, all to the north of the area:

• One sits at the top of a large tree west of the spawn point. Jump up and along the branches to reach it.
• One sits just west of the first, behind a cliff face past the red hand statue.
• One sits on a high ledge in a cave east of spawn. Walk through the cave to an open-top area with trees and it is on your left.

The Blooming is connected to The Blooming Deep, which is also a Lost Sector within it. Not the same as The Blooming Deep.
